NAU MAI, HAERE MAI KI TE MOANA-A-TOITEHUATAHI.

WELCOME TO THE COAST OF BAY OF PLENTY.

He AituĀ, He AituĀ!

It is with sadness that we remember those who were takn on our treasured taonga, Mauao (Mt Maunganui) and on Whaaro Pā at Papamoa. We extend our aroha to those affected, none more so than the whānau of those who have lost their lives or remain missing. We also want to reach out to the emergency workers - ka nui te aroha ki a koutou katoa mai i tātou ngā iwi nō Tauranga Moana whānui. Aue te mamae, te pouri o te wā nei. Kia tangihia, kia tangihia.

Tēnā mīharo koutou katoa!

Join our local Māori storytellers to experience the beauty of Māori history and cultural stories. Be immersed in the culture of tangata whenua (local Māori people). Our experiences take you beyond the window of our culture to a journey of knowledge and understanding.
